I’m Jake. I’m passionate about sustainability, and living out of my tent as much as I can. Once I learned more about the food I feed to my family, I knew we had to switch to pasture raised meat. I now spend my time exploring opportunities to grow NIKU Farms.

Dedicated to living life with genuine curiosity and good food. I watch every Bon Appetit YouTube video the hour it's published. I’m also constantly sourcing top ingredients for my next meal, from sustainable Papua New Guinean coffee beans, to pasture raised meat. Building NIKU Farms lets me stay curious, and share the best of what I find with others.

• What are the different plans?

  We offer 2 different monthly subscription plans. The regular box is $170 and the large box is $239. You will always get the flexibility to adjust your own delivery schedule, and pause, skip or cancel anytime.

• Can I customize my box?

  Absolutely! We’ll text or email you one week prior to your next scheduled delivery. From there you will have a few days to fully customize your box from any of our farm partners.

• What’s so special about NIKU Farms?

  We care about partnering with the best farmers and fisheries in Ontario and have the highest standards of quality. Most consumers rarely know where their meat and fish come from, and we’re on a mission to make that transparent, as well as supporting our local Ontario farmers who are raising animals naturally, on pasture.

• What if I'm not home when you deliver?

  No problem at all! Most of our customers won't be home for delivery. All of our meat is flash frozen and individually vacuum sealed, and is delivered in an insulated box with gel packs. It will be left outside until you get home, and will continue to stay mostly frozen until you get home.

• Is your package environmentally friendly?

  Yes! All of our liners are biodegradable and water soluble, and the rest of our packaging is curbside recyclable.
