How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
When you cancel your subscription, your credits will be permanently removed. If you’d just like to take a break, you can temporarily pause your subscription instead.
Click the button below to pause your subscription until a later date or cancel your subscription. By doing this, it will also cancel any outstanding meat deliveries.
How do I update my account information?
At the moment, only changes can be made to your delivery schedule. For all other changes to account information or subscription plan, please send us an email to submit a request.

When am I billed for each delivery?
Your account will automatically be billed 4 days before your next scheduled delivery date. You can see your next billing date under My Account. Once your account has been billed, the order is automatically processed for shipping and we can no longer refund this order. It will remain as a credit on your account until it is redeemed for a future order.
When do I need to build a package for delivery?
You’ll be able to build your next box 7 days prior to your next delivery date. You have until Sunday at midnight to either build your box, or push out your delivery date. Any changes to your delivery schedule need to be made prior to getting billed.
What if I didn’t build my package in time?
As we mentioned above, you have until Sunday at midnight before your delivery date to build a new box. If we don’t get your selection, we will send you something that we think you will love.
How do I know when it’s time to build my box?
7 days before your next delivery date we will send you an email reminder to log into your account to build your next box. Simply click the link in the email, or log-in and navigate to “Deliveries” section to build your box.
