What you can make with this meat
Whether it’s a couple strips with breakfast, bacon-wrapped veggies, or bacon on top of a sandwich or burger, you know our pasture-raised pork will take your meal to the next level. For a family of two or four, one pack of bacon can go a long way.
One chicken breast may not sound like much, but our huge cuts can be sliced up into chicken strips to feed two, and still be enough to have leftovers for another whole meal for both people! And a pack of chicken thighs is enough for a family of four.
Similarly, one duck breast or one fillet of rainbow trout can be cut in two to feed two people. There’s nothing like a fatty duck or fish with delicious, crispy skin!
With the brisket, ground beef, or stewing beef, it’s almost too easy to cook the beef products in the slow cooker for the day with your favourite veggies and end up with a succulent, fall-apart-in-your-mouth meat that will leave you leftovers for lots more meals to come.
